1. Application form

Submit 1 copy of the filled PID Application form. You can get this application form from any nearest post office, or you can download it from this link.

2. Expired Postal ID

Submit your old or expired Postal ID with the application form and other required documents. 

3. Proof of Identity 

Applicants can use any of the primary or secondary IDs to apply for Postal ID renewal.

Bring 1 photocopy and 1 original copy of any one of these IDs.

To prove your residency in the Philippines, submit 1 photocopy and 1 original copy of any of these Documents.

5. Postal ID Renewal Fee

The postal ID renewal price or fee is different for regular applications and rush applications.

Regular Application: Postal ID renewal fee with regular application is p550. It includes processing fee, ID card fee and delivery charges. 

Rush Application: The postal ID fee with the rush application is P650. It includes processing fee, ID card fee and delivery charges. Extra P100 is charged to deliver your ID in 1-2 working days.

How to Renew a Postal ID

Step 1: Get the Application Form

Rush Application: Rush application for ID renewal is processed on an urgent basis, and everything is done very quickly. You can get your ID released on the same day or the next day. The time for photo capture is 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM if you want to get your ID on the same day.
